India Aurora Mandelkern
Hi there. I’m a historian and writer based in LA. I’ve worked in both the food world and the art world; much of what I write about comes out of those two realms. In 2015, I completed a Ph.D. in cultural history from University of California, Berkeley. The time I spent there influences pretty much everything that I put on a page.
And here are some accolades I have amassed over the years...

John L. Simpson Memorial Research Fellowship In International And Comparative Studies, UC Berkeley, 2015
